Total Posts: 1111 | Tapian Software provides a great database of Kanji, the Chinese characters used in Japanese. I mention this because it took me over a week of constant searching to find such a detailed resource.

Total Posts: 1111 | It's not as much Japanese culture as it is the hard sciences that many people excel in there. Because I'm a math major it would work out well for me to learn Japanese, if I ever were up to studying abroad.
