Since TI-News.com is dead, I have a great place where you can get your news, calcnews.net. This might seem like a shameless plug, but I really want to announce the addition of Unofficial News (TI-News style), so now there is another place to announce your latest file releases :D

Any comments on the brand new site would be appriciated too! (and downloads are comming soon).

Thanks all!

Looking at the link section. By the way, that section is hard to get to because (at least for me), the Google ad covers up part of the menus! Don't know if others have this problem, but it is kinda annoying.

Hey...its nice being the second site! Cool...thanks.

Also, its sad to see calc.org dying too. One site after another...

no prob, i can't think of any other news site anyway and I think you well deserve that spot.
as far as google ad, it sounds like you're having a layer problem in your browser. what browser are you using? pls let me know about that so i can see if it's possible to fix. thanks.

I was using Opera 7.23, but i think it might screw up in IE too. Google ads seem to have this problem on multiple pages, but if you could fix it it would be great.

Doesn't seem like a plug to me at all! I'm glad there are still regular calculator sites out there to give us news. I know that calcgames.org is improving their news, but untill the CG news editor gets "settled in", I think I'll rely on that site for awhile. Change is always good. Besides, different calc sites report different things of intrest. :)

I'm in mozilla, and i've never had any problems with ads. Calc.org was pretty dead for a long time when its server died...they came back, but they're no where close to their position 2-3 years ago.

hey sHARD. i visited your site and everything looks great. however, it seems as though your e-mail address is not working. i've tried to send my information for a news editor a few times, but have yielded no results. can you help me out?

no offense to anyone but i think opera browser has always been kinda lame. technically speaking it should be fully compatible with mozilla (and uhm, html standards) but on practice it isn't. would it be possible for you to make a screen capture and email it to me? i'd like to see what the problem looks like. i don't have opera browser so perhaps a screenie would give me some clues if i can fix that.
btw, everything works fine in NS7 just for a reference.

btw sHARD, nice job on the design. the site looks really nice. the only thing i think it need is tone down on white. it's way too bright and is a bit hard on the eyes. other than that, everything is nice and clean. you also need a links section :).
