Yeah! I ordered and eventually picked up the book that's edited by Claudio Stampi (out of print, worth $155) from our local library! It's awesome. I know that 3fg knows what I'm talking about. Anyone else?

Also, hi again, everyone. School's had me tied straight down and will resume kicking me in the face in a couple days. How have things been?

Polyphasic sleep is based on the idea that the amount of sleep time needed per 24-hour period decreases with the number of periods that sleep is divided into (naps). The online polyphasing community applies self-made antiscience to figure things out, so I decided to read a reputable book on it.

Yeah, I was on this schedule for a while. It's good, as long as you have the time to do it. We just don't live in a polyphasic world. :(
