previously before i reset my TI-84+SE and upgrade to OS 2.41, i was able to edit archive without unarchive it. now i got to unarchive it before to view it. any idea how to solve this problem?
by the way where do i find a program that loads all the preload programs to my TI-84+SE? didn't do any backups before i reset it
now i also realize i can't save applications in my home memory. why?
pls help me out... exams in a wk time =( |

I could however upload them on this site or I could email them to you. I kept all of mine on my computer. If you give me your email adress I could email you the entire thing. Which compression format do you wish for it to be in. .7z, .zip, .rar, .tar ? Which one so I can give it to you.

Posted: 2 Nov 2007 09:47 GMT Total Posts: 419 | That is not possible to do it. Not sure how you managed to do it in the first place. It is because of the memory system the 83+ line uses. You have to unarchive programs before editing. That is the way it has been since the 83+ graced the market.

Posted: 4 Nov 2007 20:41 GMT Total Posts: 210 | Why would you WANT to put your applications in RAM? Most resets, RAM resets, delete everything in RAM. In Archive, your apps are safe.

I know you posted a while ago, lazylilsnoop, but I thought I'd answer your question anyway, in case you check back here at some point. There is no way to edit an archived program using only TI-OS. But, my application CalcUtil (available on unitedti.org and ticalc.org) will allow you to edit archived programs. |
