Ok so I am trying to download a power point presentation from a website about 6 Mb big and the download keeps on freezing. It is never in the same spot so it isn't the file. I was just wondering if there was a way to tell the download dialog to refresh or reconnect or even pause it so I can go off line, so I don't have to start the download over each time (I have dial-up so it takes a while). I' am using Internet Explorer as a browser. Thanks

Most download managers also allow you to resume downloading where you left off. I'm a little surprised (not really) that IE doesn't let you do that, though. Safari does. Actually, even Firefox does.
