 Posted: 26 Aug 2002 17:05 GMT Total Posts: 1676 | Z, check this out... ... the way i look at it - domain name, yes, 1 GB storage, 10 GB transfer, 200 POP3 emails (these seem to be free), 0 subdomains (unless you have a good idea for some subdomains... maybe like for some projects, these aren't TOO expensive, definately affordable. 5 FTP logins, and 0 my sql databases, all figured that's $119 a year! which is only 40 dollars more than your-site... what do you think?

 Posted: 27 Aug 2002 13:18 GMT Total Posts: 2486 | sorry, forgot to reply to this one as i thought i did. looks good to me, but 10 gigs transfer may be a lil tight when we add all the roms. other than that, everything seems cool. we don't need MySQL db anyways...and also, what kinds of comment about uptime does this host have (comparing to powweb too)? did powweb gave subdomains? hehem...we didn't plan on hosting anyway or not for now at least.

 Posted: 27 Aug 2002 19:44 GMT Total Posts: 1676 | reviews for powweb are also HORRIBLE. webhostingtalk.com is where i'm doing my research... this UK whatever thing looks perfect... and roms aren't going to add to our bandwidth a lot at all, at least until we see how many people actually download GBA ROMs... but the majority of our bandwidth right now is images, and this month is only going to be 700 MB. we can upgrade our account any time.
