Total Posts: 2486 | Heheh!!! Today I've coded in support for emoticons to spice up our forum and make it more fun. I'm still adding emoticons and when done, I'll add an emoticon diagram so you can see what icons we have. If you have a look through the forum you'll see that some icons already show up. Lemme know how you like this addition. Also, text is converted to emoticon pics on output so you won't have to kill off html code when editing your post. I was also thinking of requiring brackets around any emoticon text because sometimes you don't want them to show up. Anyways, comments are appreciated!

Total Posts: 2486 | Emoticons that forum automatically adds are from CG only. Keep in mind that only about 4 icons our 85 were added due to lack of time. You can post an image from an outside source but you'll have to put the right html code and hit the html checkbox. Though, if you do post any pic please keep them appropriate. Also, please add target="_blank" to any link html code you post. We want to have as much freedom on our board as possible, but if people start abusing it we'll have to take the html off. Enjoy the feats and submit some sample text for converting to emoticons as I'm kinda low on ideas (I only use like 5 or so emoticons). Thanks. then add i01.gif through i32.gif and there are a bunch of other icons with direct names like alien.gif or santa.gif. Have fun!

Bug fix: Emoticons now show up on reply page too.

Total Posts: 2486 | as i said earlier, i'm not so good at making up codes for smileys. so if someone is willing to help out, i'd really appreciate it. here's a complete list of smiley graphics we have. most of it needs codes. post your codes in this topic and make them as obvious as possible please. two code variations for each pic should be nice.
