POOPMAN (in all caps)
yes, poopman. Wow. Appropiate all right.
I've also seen: PimpDaddy, gotmilk, and others like it.
Should CG do anything about it? I know it's just a user name but when POOPMAN posts a question, it's like he just said 5 profanites, just because of the user name. |

Total Posts: 1051 | POOPMAN. There is nothing wrong with the word poop (About to test the filters), bu ther is a problem with words like f**k, donkey, female dog, w***e, s**t, d**k, p***y, etc.

okay, here goes your post D. well, i just edited it actually. hehe, now everyone can play a word game with the filtered words. see if you can guess what asterisks stand for :).
please report any inappropriate usernames. usernames do not pdonkey thru our filter. also, inappropriate words are the words caught by the filter. other words are appropriate until we put them into the filter. so there you go, this is how you can tell if usernames are okay. thanks for the input guys, its for everyone's good.

Total Posts: 2486 | of course there are countless ways to byass the filter but using a filter and controlling the content shows that we care. whatever new offensive words we discover, we'll add to the filter. bad words with substituted characters like in spiral's post, aren't really as bad as their normal versions. oh yes, thanks for reporting this problem calcfreak. i'll fix that. please report any other problems or incorrect filtering so that we can improve it. thanks for your support guys.
