Also, a person who submitted a file named "OBPRGMFILES.zip" please email it instead as it seems that our upload script doesn't like it (well, actually it fails to upload probably because of that apostrophe in the file path). I've seen you tried to upload it a few times, I apologize for the inconvenience but you may want to email it to me or Barrett instead. Thanks.
I think there may be a problem with Perl's file path parser function since it doesn't parse file path with special chars correctly. And MS just had to allow those in its Win XP file paths... Please only user letters/numbers and undescores in file/folder names whe uploading to ensure your upload works. Sorry about all this trouble.
