I get the Administrator title, but what's the difference between user and moderator? Are there any other levels? |

They pretty much have full power over any particular subject (such as site, where we are now). Admins can do cross-subject stuff, like move threads, and messing with forum order and colors/banners.
Out of forums, mods have no power, but admins can post news, and sometimes other stuff. |
