 | Look at the stats screen at the bottom, right now 30 guests visited the file section within the past 15 minutes...it's started.
To Z or B: are those logged? Can you find out the peak number of users in the file section within a 15 minute period?

Edit: I feel stupid now, I spelled 'picking' wrong...
A pike is a medieval weapon...so piking is poking someone with a pike?

 | Yep, BTS is coming and has already began so everything will get pretty busy in the next few weeks. Our only logs are the server logs, like B said found doesn't keep any stats but it may in the future :).

 | Hey allynfolksjr, This isn't manditory, just a peeve of mine. If you could do one of the following it would be real nice.

 1) Shrink your avatar
 2) Write more

Otherwise thats a bunch of space that people have to scroll through every time. Again, just a request, I'm trying to be civilized and not be a tyrant anymore.

 | Yeah, I was debating about that avatar size. I thought about asking if Z could make a 130x100 size, but then I just decided to experiment with the 160x100 and the next smaller rectangle size.
Edit: I like the smaller size anyway, as I find out. Funny, it seems, but I don't know why.

 | No, actually I did a google image search for 'mysterious dark' and found that image. but it was 1200x800 or something like that, so I shrunk it. and now I really like how it looks. :-) It's actually some image some artist did a couple of years ago.
I assume you're referring to my current avatar, if not, well, then. Oh, wow, I'm responding way to quickly. It just happens that I'm checking the forums alot tonight, because I'm tranferring 12.41gb via USB 1.1, and thus I have to stick quite close to the comp while it's doing that.

EDIT: Ohh, it's the 'I am wraith' thats refrencing to stargate, not the avatar.

 | ok, what are the chances of this happening?

(look at the list of recent visitors to the forum and notice that i'm not first)... so that other guy visited the forum between the time the script recorded my visit and the time it opened the record again to see all of the recent users. (probably a few hundredths of a second)

Theres also been some interesting user names. (See recent users in file sections.) :-)

 | There's also been quite a few users with very inappropriate nemes and we're currently taking action to correct this. We'll have a username filter installed as well as user management system which could have a bad user report system (though, that feature is still under consideration by me).

 | i'd only deal with the ones that actually post in the forums, otherwise you're just wasting time from a name that'll likely disappear in 15 minutes. |

 | Yay, number of registered users has just kicked over 10K. That is seeing number of posts just over 13.5K or so is umm...scary. Soon we'll have more users than posts on the forum :). It'd be funny to have average of less than 1 post per registered user. Anyway, keep posting everyone as the posts vs. users battle keeps heating up!

 | More users than posts? That sounds very scary. Scarier than my goldfish exorcist nightmare i had last night. Sure, it seems funny now... but possessed fish can be very creepy at night.
And no, I am not kidding about that.

 | ok i made a script that records the max so i don't HAVE to check every 2 seconds anymore... it records the amount as well as the amount of time it's been since the very beginning of 1970 in seconds. Unfortunately for you folks it's in a script folder so you can't see it. but at least it will be accurate (once it gets over 147 again.... right now it's only to 137... i could change it to what i saw but oh well).

 | Wow, we get 1-1.3 GB load daily for the past few weeks. At this page that'll be one big overage, good thing our ads are doing well to help out with costs. Btw, we're already at 7GB for the month and its only been 6 days!

 | We're hitting 600K downloads tomorrow. Wow, this is nearly 90K in twenty days. That should put us well over 100K for the month. I remember when we finally reached our first 100K (took quite a few months to get to that point) and was such a big thing and now we get more in one month. Things sure picked up some pace around here. Thats's good to hear.
