Total Posts: 1676 | We now have (again) a chat program installed... feel free to use it. I highly doubt very many people will be in there so don't look forward to having many intelligent conversations... unless it's the peak hours or something.

Chances are that there will not be a moderator in there, so we are not responsible if you are offended by anyone. (But, if you are a good person, don't cuss or do anything bad.. we can definitely find out about it (chats are logged) and we can ban your IP from the chat).

Total Posts: 2486 | Yes, that chat script is much better than our old one. That old script was rather junky so we decided to stop using it. Besides, we're still not sure about the fact that chat can't have good moderation but we'll see how that one goes this time.

Edit | You guys need to add a language filter. I found someone using some very awful language in there.

Total Posts: 2486 | This chat is a part of our web service package and I'm not sure whether it has a filter. Feel free to mod but this is a real time chat so it'd be kinda hard to. This also confirms my previous post that the chat thingy is a test and its sad to see people abuse it so soon. I'll see if there's a filter.
EDIT: Okay, I've enabled filter and added about 20 bad words there. It should filter the most inappropriate words. Whole bad word will be replaced with rnadom chars and viewers will not be able to tell what it is. I think it's better that way for the chat since it doesn't get the kind of moderating this forum gets. Please report offensive users (those who get many of their words filtered out) so that we can deal with them. Thanks.
