korkow Ultralisk Posted: 8 Feb 2005 15:57 GMT Total Posts: 465 | Every time I submit a file, I just refreshes the page exactly like it was before. I have a feeling this means that my file was never actually submitted. But I could be wrong, so to test this I just "uploaded" a file (at least I think I did) that is "The Christmas Carol" ebook. So Morgan, your job is to tell me if it came or not. If i did NOT work, then what other method should I use to submit it? |

http://www.calcgames.org/cgi-bin/uploaded/upload.cgi
if you are uploading updates for old files... wait a little while until i finish the script.

Morgan Ultralisk Posted: 10 Feb 2005 10:56 GMT Total Posts: 321 | Hey you guys, B is working on a new uploading process for me. I still have a few files pending from the old system which will be added later today if all goes well then we'll be using this new system...so read B's remarks and for this transition period just be aware that things might not go as smoothly. |
TI Freak Probe Posted: 10 Feb 2005 11:48 GMT Total Posts: Edit | Yeah, I noticed that the submit files page was all different and stuff. I think it looks good. It seemed to take my file with no problem... |

dwestbrook Goliath Posted: 10 Feb 2005 15:29 GMT Total Posts: 112 | My files had no trouble going through except the screenshots, I tried in gif and jpg and it would not take them. |
korkow Ultralisk Posted: 10 Feb 2005 15:55 GMT Total Posts: 465 | Hmmm, what is the standard screenshot format? Could it be the only one you didn't try? BitMap! (.bmp) |

B did some mods to the script as well as moved it to our MySQL db so it might have broke screen uploading functions. Did anyone else had troubles with screens?
As with the "new" script, it's been here and there in works and never really finished to the point I wanted it for maybe 1.5 years by now. The script has actually been available for upload by public but a link was not posted since it was more in testing stages but now since B is leaving us everything was kinda rushed to the front line so there you are, a new uploader is now available to everyone.

dwestbrook Goliath Posted: 12 Feb 2005 16:26 GMT Total Posts: 112 | ok i will try that, but korkow<<Hmmm, what is the standard screenshot format? Could it be the only one you didn't try? BitMap! (.bmp)>> They said they only accepted gif or jpg
EDIT: It worked after I changed the extension to lowercase
