Every time I submit a file, I just refreshes the page exactly like it was before. I have a feeling this means that my file was never actually submitted. But I could be wrong, so to test this I just "uploaded" a file (at least I think I did) that is "The Christmas Carol" ebook. So Morgan, your job is to tell me if it came or not. If i did NOT work, then what other method should I use to submit it?

use this form if you are uploading brand new files:

http://www.calcgames.org/cgi-bin/uploaded/upload.cgi

if you are uploading updates for old files... wait a little while until i finish the script.

If your upload was succeessful it will refresh the page and say your file was submitteed at the bottom. Try scrolling down next time.

Hey you guys, B is working on a new uploading process for me. I still have a few files pending from the old system which will be added later today if all goes well then we'll be using this new system...so read B's remarks and for this transition period just be aware that things might not go as smoothly.

Yeah, I noticed that the submit files page was all different and stuff. I think it looks good. It seemed to take my file with no problem...

Hmmm, what is the standard screenshot format? Could it be the only one you didn't try? BitMap! (.bmp)

Well, screen upload should accept .gif and .jpg. Though, you gotta check to make sure your individual pic sizes are withing the allowable threshold. B did some mods to the script as well as moved it to our MySQL db so it might have broke screen uploading functions. Did anyone else had troubles with screens?

As with the "new" script, it's been here and there in works and never really finished to the point I wanted it for maybe 1.5 years by now. The script has actually been available for upload by public but a link was not posted since it was more in testing stages but now since B is leaving us everything was kinda rushed to the front line so there you are, a new uploader is now available to everyone.

actually the problem, i believe, is that it's case sensitive when it checks. try doing a lowercase extension (so .jpg or .gif)

Yeah, we have to make work with either case or in a worst case convert filenames to lower case so that they work.

korkow<<Hmmm, what is the standard screenshot format? Could it be the only one you didn't try? BitMap! (.bmp)>>
They said they only accepted gif or jpg

EDIT: It worked after I changed the extension to lowercase

Yup, sounds like a bug. I'll try to patch it up tomorrow or day after tomorrow.
