I realize that this might be a bit of a stretch to hope that a lot of people will reply to this topic, but I'll try anyway.

I would like to know who has played Fire Emblem (7 in Japan, also known as Rekka No Ken), and what you thought of it.

I recently (and finally) beat Eliwood's story, and am currently working on Hector's story, as well as getting all the extras.

I have played fire emblem before, im not sure about the 7, but my friend owns it and he let me borrow it. He tried to program a fire emblem game once too. He got a battle system going, but it lacked intelligent AI and it was a little slow because it was written in BASIC. I'm not saying I could do any better though. But i'm getting off the topic. Yes I have played Fire Emblem.

I should have mentioned that it's for the GBA.

Yes, I have played that game then. I didn't get very far because he wanted it back the next day.

It's a great game. One of the best I've ever played, and I've played quite a few.

I tried it for bit but it didn't go. Though, I really anjoyed playing Tactics Ogre and FF Tactics since we're talking about battle strategy rpg kind of games. Dunno, maybe if I try it again I might like it. Too bad I don't have much of free time lately.

I also play FF Tactics Advance. It's also pretty high on my list of great games.

You should try out FE again, Z. I don't think you'll be disappointed.

I own FF Tactics, I haven't played it in awhile. I remember I wasn't very far into the game though. It is a great game. Is that yu-yu-hakusho dark tournament thing like FFTA? because i looked at it in wal-mart and the graphics were very similar, and from the looks of it the gameplay was too.

I didn't buy it when I saw it. I didn't want to cough up 30 bucks for something that I already had so instead I bought Call of Duty and the expansion for computer. For the same price as I would have gotten for yu-yu-hakusho :)

An old Genisis game that was made to combat FF alongside Phantasy Star... It plays like Fire Emblem, there is a new version of it for the GBA

Cool, I have a Genesis, so I don't need an MS. It runs those games.

Actually, PS1 isn't too great. The first battle I entered, the monster killed me with one hit!!!

(I have PS Collection for GBA)

I know what PS is; I added the SONY in front of the second PS to note that I was referring to the Playstation.
