I don't personally own this game yet, but I have read all there is to read on www.gamespot.com about it and regardless what they rated it, it seems to be a fairly good game, if the developer did a good job creating the game.

Run-down: Basically it is an online first person shooter which sets base in the command and conquer world. Much like all other online first person shooters, there are various forms of games you can play, like good 'ole deathmatch and capture the flag, etc. As allways, it is the Hand of Nod vs. the GDI, and depending on which side you shoose determines which units you can play as. Each team starts out with their own version of a Weapons facility and Barracks, and as long as your team's version hasn't been destroyed, you can build any and all vehicles and units found in the previous game. THis includes specialities like Snipers, Chem. units, tnaks, helicopters, etc. You main goal is to destroy all the opponents buildings, but other than that, it's not too much dis-similar than any toher online first person shooter.

Be looking for it at stores or online, or whatever method you aquire your video games, and post here how you liked it, or what your thoughts are on the idea, or whatever about the game. I personally have not gotten it yet, but will very shortly.

Yeah Z, I got an MP demo of C&C:R. It's interesting how Westwood made an isometric game into a 1st person 3D. This kinda reminds me of Battle Zone 2 which is a really nice game although kinda lacks the number of different structures. I played the first demo coz I couldn't download the patch and I had major lagz. Graphics were a bit poor, but hopefully gameplay will compromise for that. Well, nice idea overall. I prefer playing Urban Terror mod for Quake 3 and the games muct be very good for me to switch. :[) BTW, QUT rules! If you haven't played it, you really should.

Q3 alone sux, but adding a good mod to it makes it a whole different game. Q3 has a very powerful gfx engine, way better than UT and i'm not even talking about CS so, adding a good gameplay makes it stand out. I used to be a big ass fan of UT, but after playing Urban Terror for Q3, my views have totally changed.

I'll agree with that, Quake 3 does suck. I downloaded it off the internet and played it for about 5 minutes, then deleted it. I missed the BFG also. You allways gotta have a BFG.
