Total Posts: 1051 | I letting out a shout for joy! SpaceShipOne won the X Prize today. i would have checked earlier but I haven;t been able to get online untill now. 10 million sounds real nice right about now too. |

Total Posts: 958 | well they spent like 30 million just to build/fly the aircraft. The prize is in the name, not the 10 million. I'm glad that after all this time, the x prize has been won though. |

Total Posts: 2486 | Yeah, the whole thing is to buff prestige of Paul Allen. It never was about the money for him since he's already a billionaire and spent more money on the project thant the prize would give back. Either way, I think it's awesome that commercial space craft has finally been made.
