Once you set 10-20 wilecard url's to block you won't see adds for months. I've been using it for a while now and the most I see as far as adds are the text placed on sites that lable advertisements with text like "Advertisement". www.sciam.com is a good example.
I actually got it set up to where I don't even get google or yahoo adds! The most I see of google adds is in my gmail inbox, which I could brobably block, but don't really care about that. I;ve never had an extension work so well and just plain out highly reccoment any firefox or mozilla users to download it. |

Personally, I only find some picture ads annoying and text ads aren't really that evil at all.
