my question is this: is there a specific script i need to get an icon for my site? also, if so, does anyone have a copy i could have? |

Also, pop this onto your index page somewhere in your header, <LINK REL="shortcut icon" HREF="/favicon.ico" TYPE="image/x-icon">
Also, the image is 16x16 pixels, I believe.

greenorange Goliath Posted: 16 May 2005 15:55 GMT Total Posts: 199 | Ya, I got a favicon on my site (and its hosted at CG). And of course I GIMPed it up, though I needed to pull off some linux tricks to make it an .ico file. I thought they were pretty cool (the icons) :) |
