korkow Ultralisk Posted: 20 Jul 2005 12:18 GMT Total Posts: 465 | For any of you that didn't know, I'm a "cubist" or "speedcuber", meaning I can solve Rubik's Cubes really fast. It's been one of my hobbies for about 3 years now. I finally made a video of it so you guys could see me! Here is the video. Enjoy! By the way, that isn't my fastest, my record is 53.27 seconds.

Posted: 23 Jul 2005 15:27 GMT Total Posts: 69 | I am also a speed cubist. I own a 3X3, a 4X4, and a 5X5. my records are 40 seconds, 8 minutes and 23 seconds, and 33 minutes and 10 seconds. I was taught about 6 years ago. I bought a 4X4 recently, read the directions on how to solve it, and the 5X5 I figured out by myself. It's fun doing talent shows and showing off. The only problem is that my cubes wear down and I can't see the colors anymore so I end up buying new ones all the time. Lame. P.S. Barrett is still doing great in the Dominican Republic for all who know him. -Chase |

I can't even do one of those things in one hour and thirteen minutes...but that's given that I could even concentrate on it for 1:13, which is highly unlikely. And even more unlikely that i wouldn't throw into thee fireplace in rage :) . |
Goater Probe Posted: 26 Jul 2005 16:17 GMT Total Posts: 1 | wow blah blah, that's really fast. 40 seconds is unbelievable. how did you get that fast? i imagine that the difference from 53 seconds to 40 seconds is quite large since it's basically taking 25% off the time. anyways, cheers! |
