I love his tv show I can remember watching it as a little kid at the baby sitters and if there would have been anyone in the world I would have thought of as invinsible it would have been him.

He worked with such dangerous creatures all the time (and this death is actually pretty bizarre as stingrays are normally docile and, compared with all the other animals he worked with, as docile as a deer.) I'm pretty sure he expected to die on the set eventually. I just hope he considered himself fulfilled. RIP, Steve.

The reason that the stingray reacted in the first place is because the camera person scared it, and then it stabbed Steve... So yes, it was taped. No it has not been released, and probably never will... |
