Posted: 20 Nov 2002 11:52 GMT Total Posts: 1676 | ok, first, go to Games - TI-83+ (look on the top left corner of the screen)... find the games you want. download them. it will download as a .zip file. if your computer is not equipped with automatic zip extraction, then you will need winzip. go to www.winzip.com . after you extract the contents of the file, you will see several files. You also need some kind of linking device and software. I recomend TI-Graph Link, which can be purchased online or at your local office/school supply store. More information can be found with that product that you purchase.

You can get the cable from TI's website or about any retail store such as Target or Office Depot. They go for about $10-15. When you get your cable, you can download a free copy fo TI-Grpah Link or TI-Connect if you buy a USB cable and with it send programs to your calculator. If you still have problems after you get your linking cable, we'll be glad to help you out.

can you get other games on your calculator? a CD should have come with your cable, put the cd in and install TI-Connect, or TI-Graph Link (i recomend graph link if it came with the CD). If you need more help, be more specific as to what you don't know how to do.

Posted: 23 Nov 2002 20:59 GMT Total Posts: 2486 | also, don't forget that FFTOM2 can't be put onto your calc all at once. you can only have it in chunks because 83x calcs limit number of pics to 0-9. so, see the game's readme and transfer only one part at a time and get a next part when you've gone thru that part.
