i'd guess 83+, so here's what you need to do (you should have read TI-FAQ btw...):
press [2nd] then [+] to go to Memory menu. then hit [2] to go to Memory Management screen and from here press [1] to view all of your files. select a file which you want to delete and press a [Del] key. you'll then receive a confirmation message, confirm it to delete your file.
