Total Posts: 2486 | Install TI-Connect from the resource cd you got with your cable or calc (or download it from TI website).
Connect your calc to your comp via a link cable you have and then launch your linking program.
Now, drag and drop the extracted files into the program (if its TI-Connect) and hit the send button.
As far as OPYSYS program, I don't know. If it came with your calc it should be mentioned in its manual, if not see if there's a readme file attached along with its distribution zip.
