I have an 83+ SE, and Silver USB cable. Do I need a serial 9-pin connector to send files from Graph-Link to my calculator properly? |

Make sure usb cable is plugged firmly into your computer and calc plug is also plugged in. If this doesn't help, try installing a latest version of TI-Connect. Resource cds that come with calcs often have an old version that has problems on certain computer configs. Also, refer to the installation manual because there's a specific order you have to intall link drivers and TI-Connect in (i don't have a usb link so i don't remember the correct order). I hope this was helpful.
