That will tell you how to what you need for transfering files. After you have TI-Connect display the contents of your calc go and select the files you want to transfer to the PC. Then click on the menu "Actions" and select "Copy to PC". Select the folder you wan the files to go to and then wtch them go. Once the files are on your PC, go to our site or another like ticalc.org (or wherever you want to upload them to) and find out how to contribute files. Here, Look at the bottom of the screen for the link "Submit Files". Everything from there on should be self explanitory. If you need any other help feel free to post back.

Then, expand any folders you see, select files you like and drag/drop them somewhere on your computer (desktop or any folder). this will upload files from your calculator to your computer. please have a look at our Visual FAQ (link on bottom navigation menu) and it'll show you some example pictures (process of downloading files onto your calc is very similar to uploading).
btw, our forum doesn't support virtual text markup tags like other forums. we actually allow html, but this is only while people don't abuse it.

calculatorfreakCG Wraith Posted: 25 Nov 2003 19:10 GMT Total Posts: 739 | Yeah. But to put it simply:
1) Save the files on your computer using the "tools" in TiConnect.
2) Save it to a folder you'll remeber. *
3) When your brosing for the game, remeber where you saved it.
* This must be a zipped folder, go down to New, then hit compressed, or zipped. *

Hope this helps smartkid! :) |
