When I want to dowload Tankers, I save it to comp, extract all files, then what files do I drag to the TI Connect button on my desktop?

read the readme.txt file included in the zip.

I'd just select all of them, right click, and send to Connected TI Device's RAM or something...

It says to dowload Tankers .89z, .89y and a map. When I dowloaded the file, it only gave me .89z not .89y, what should I do?

tankers is not for the ti-83+. it is a 68k game, which means you need a ti-89, ti-92+, or voyage 200 (i think) to play it.
