After finding the great Ghostbuster-program I got some legacy apps to work on my new Ti89 Titanium. I got an interesting idea though... Perhaps we should list which 89 apps that work with a Ghostbuster patch. If you know some apps that work, post the names of them here. Perhaps we could even upload the fixed versions in the Ti89ti section on this page. We could also list those games that works without the need of a Ghostbuster patch. ("Another Mario" for example, works perfectly without).

What do you think? This would make matters a lot easier for all 89ti owners.

Well, 95% of them work, except for most kernel games, and a couple ones like Chrono fantasy. But other than that, expect full compatability. An exception list would be shorter and easier to manage. And remember, Ghostbuster is meant as a temp. fix, until a fuller solution is found, like re-releasing games...

And if you read the read-me of the Ghostbuster, which I assume you didn't fully, you are not allowed to upload programs fixed by GhostB unless you're the author.

If someone would ever want to do that, it's better to list apps that don't work. That way Ghost's author can perhaps make it work with those apps and also since there are far fewer apps that don't work it'd be logical to list them than those that work.

Ok, I get the idea.
Just one last question :
What with programs where Ghostbuster renames the ppg files to asm? It seems to do that with all files. Is it just to rename them again?

I just read through the read-me and now I get how everything works. The program is 10 times better than I thougt, and it was almost prefect from the beginning. Sorry for not reading it earlier, I was just to eager to try my new calc. Almost all games and progs work now. Thanks all!

Yeah, you're lucky. I had to wait 2 weeks and search the web before finding that program. :-)
