The problem really is that i never have enough RAM< to run any programs. I've taken out all the games but the RAM still shows 43 Kilibytes. Help Me! |

Also, you need to archive the stuff in your RAM. Goto your VAR-LINK, and press F4 to select the stuff you want archived, then once you do that, press F1, then 8:Archive.
Thats pretty basic, check out your manual for more information on your memory. |

Posted: 23 Sep 2004 21:55 GMT Total Posts: 2486 | Okay, to enable memory resident programs and a few other things which are not allowed by the OS by default, HW3 Patch basically hacks it and patches. The benefit is the ability to run programs such as kernels, even hooks that add functionality to your calc and other things. As with your RAM, try archiving some of the programs you've sent your calc. Its also possible that one of the programs you tried to run crashed and trashed the memory. Only way to get it back is to reset your calc. To reset press [2nd] then [6], then [f1] and then choose RAM->All RAM. To archive/unarchive stuff press [2nd] then [-] to go to memory manager, select files you want to archive/unarchive and press [f1] and then [8] or [9] depending on what you want to do. You can select multiple files by pressing [f4] to mark. I hope this helps.
