Total Posts: 2486 | Please see the FAQ link on the bottom navigation bar. It contains a Visual FAQ for 83+ which is functionally the same thing as 84+SE. Please try to do what the FAQ says but if you do get stuck just post back here.

Total Posts: 2486 | Okay, does the program show any errors or freeze? Is your calc at the home screen when you start copying? Does TI-Connect properly detect your calc when you start TI Device Explorer? Please try to provide as much info as you can. Also, try updating your TI-Connect to the latest version if its not the newest one.
