Total Posts: 2 | ok,i got my calculator some time ago(Ti-83 Plus)i just heard about getting games from a friend so i went out an bought the link...downloaded the software for ti connect and i was happy.now i come to site,download mirage0S.it went into apps.I went to apps pressed enter by mirage and my screen just went wacky.its like diagnol and blurry so i cant see or play anything.everything is fine when i leave mirage though.So i downloaded ION and sent it to my device.i ran the program n it said ion installed,yet again i was happy.Downloaded pacman99. it went into prgms.I went to programs n pressed enter over pacman didnt do anything but say syntax error.It happens with all of my games..can sum1 plz help?i dont know what to do |

It sounds like you have a 'newer' 83+, with different display equip. The makers of MirageOS, detached solutions, would be very pleased if you tested mirageos 1.3 with your calculator. Visit their site for more information www.detachedsolutions.com |

Total Posts: 2486 | Well, MirageOS 1.3 is still in beta and is not publicly released yet. This is a problem with the display driver on some calcs. I guess emailing guys at detachedsolution for a beta release may be a good idea. Though, it still doesn't really help everyone who has such a problem since the new version isn't out yet. If you'd like to look at the Mirage forums, then go [HERE]. Look at the page3 of topic named "MirageOS 1.3 thoughts" to find email address of Dan whom you'll need to email to get a copy of current beta.
