Cannot transfer the application to the connected TI device. A certificate is required for a successful transfer.
I know my link software is installed correctly. so does anyone know how to fix this?
Thanks |

If so, what version is it reporting, 1.12? And lastly, which model is your calc and which OS you're trying to send. Please answer these Q's to give us an idea of what's going on. We'll try to go from there. As with certificate, its built into your calc's rom and there's no way to delete of change it.

VenerableKyle Probe Posted: 20 Nov 2004 20:49 GMT Total Posts: 3 | well i know it somehow downgraded.. i used to be able to have mirage os on it, which need 1.13 or higher, now it doesnt accept it. it works fine, i can have ion. It says i have 1.12, and cert. revision #0
I have the ti-83+ and im trying to install 1.18. it did this before i got my link cable.. |

VenerableKyle Probe Posted: 26 Nov 2004 19:12 GMT Total Posts: 3 | Well, i emailed TI, and they told me to try to get the OS from someone else's calc. Didnt work. So is there anything else i should try? Could i send it into TI or something to be fixed? I puchased my calc in 2002, so im not sure if the warranty is expired. |

Tho, they might charge you some money for that but it'll be much less than you'd spend on a new calc anyway. One way or another they'll let you know if they'll do it for free or not once you email their support center at the email listed in the above post. Emailing their support is free so you won't lost anything by doing that.
