xbikerj1985x Marine Posted: 28 Mar 2005 00:45 GMT Total Posts: 15 | I am trying to backlight my 83+, but im at a snag. There is an aluminum plate behind the LCD. When i try removing it, the LCD starts to chip. Any advise on how i might get the plate off without damageing the LCD? |

Posted: 28 Mar 2005 09:12 GMT Total Posts: 2486 | You could probably just place a bunch of led's on both sides of the screen which could provide enough light... Getting the screen foil off is somewhat difficult as I imagine it could be glued more strongly on select calcs.
