 | alright i have tried EVERYTHING. i have cleared my memory, uninstalled and reinstalled like 8 times, and even tried using someone else's calculator to connect. I am using a mac OS X version 10.6.1. sometimes the ti connect will even let me explore the calculator but it will not let me send a text file to it or anything else. this is the error that comes up when on the occasion the program doesn't crash when trying to open:
a distribution list, containing the device which returned an error was created for each file

also i have been able to get my calculator to receive text notes in the past. i couldn't send anything to the calculator after an update to my mac. i dunno if this makes a difference or not.

 | Uninstall and reinstall the DRIVER for the USB cable, not the TI-Connect software.

 | Firewalls are great for networking, not so much for USB devices. A firewall wouldn't affect the calc at all.

It is much easier to suggest solutions when you know nothing about the problem.

 | I am having this same problem, does anyone know how to fix it? I am running Mac OS X 10.6.3. And how do I uninstall the driver for the USB cable? |
