Though I normally do not play games on my TI-84+SE, a friend tipped me off to this game, saying it was one of the largest and best looking games for 83/84 calcs. I downloaded it successfully, and followed the more complex than usual instructions to successfully view the first movie. After ungrouping the second movie and trying to run it through the prgrm menu, I was given an "Error: Archived" message. Of course, it was not archived. I tried a few other files in part1 and got the same message, but the first movie still continued to work. I don't know how familiar anyone here is with this game, but does anyone know what is wrong and what I can do? Tomorrow's my Chem final and I anticipate lots of extra sitting around time that would be well served playing FF! Thank you.

It's trying to use pictures or variables that are archived. Erase all programs, pictures, and variables on your calculator and reinstall and set it up according the readme.

Or just throw it away and get a game that doesn't suck. It's large, your friend was right about that, but it is pretty awful.

Thank you on two counts: Reinstalling worked, and I had much more fun playing Mario.

No, it's because FF:TOM is massive and you need to delete anything not archived (anything without a * next to it in the memory menu) to get it to fit.
