We are pleased to announce a color scheme contest for our new design. To enter, simply go to the new site and register. After doing so, click on Your Account followed by Create your own custom scheme. What we're really looking for is a nice banner ("Logo URL"), but the other aspects of the scheme are important too. If you do not have any webspace of your own to host the image, email it to the administrators, who will upload it and pass the URL back to you.

After having gotten your scheme looking how you want it, send an email to the administrators with your username on the new site to enter the contest. You have until the first of March to submit your entries.

Prizes will be offered. Your scheme must contain an original logo which has "CalcGames.org" somewhere in it, and an original image for the poll bar to be eligible for prizes.

The Grand Prize is US$100 for the scheme we choose as the default for the site (non-logged in and new users). Second Prize is US$50, for a scheme which is a selectable option. Several Runner-Up prizes of US$25 will be available for either another selectable scheme or a holiday scheme (Easter, Christmas, Halloween, American Independence Day, et cetera).

CalcGames.org reserves the right to not award any prizes, or to only award some prizes. CalcGames.org reserves the right to cancel the contest at any time. By sending your username in an email to the administrators, you give us permission to use your username and scheme on the public web site. CalcGames.org reserves the right to change these rules at any time.
