BullFrog Wraith Posted: 30 Nov 2004 20:33 GMT Total Posts: 623 | How do you know you'll never see such things? If you give it long enough, I'm sure someone here will hit their 24th birthday. Though, they would have to be visiting until then. Unless, of course, they take a few years off and then come back once they're 24...
Perhaps it could be things you'll most likely never see?

TI Freak Probe Posted: 1 Dec 2004 09:01 GMT Total Posts: Edit | I'm 21, and I still enjoy programming calcs. As of right now, I plan on being around when I am 24... it's only 3 years. If anything, I should still have my site :) |

JcCorp Probe Posted: 1 Dec 2004 10:21 GMT Total Posts: Edit | Okay, I was wrong. Guess there are some really dedacated calc programmers out there that have lasted through the years or just wanted a portable programming technodoodle.
10: Female Majority <---Correct, will never happen. Duh. 9: Someone suggesting the use of a TI-81 <---I like the TI-81, shut up. lol 8: Anyone older than 24 <--- Also possible, and I think has happened. I was proven wrong. And what if some TI employee wants to check out what the community is up to? 7: Stalkers (Who wants to attack a calc geek, anyways?) <--- Happened on ticalc.org that's kinda scary. I guess no one is safe. 6: Democratic Forums <--- Are you channeling calcfreak? lol, no im not, just mocking him. I like the forums here a lot, I don't mind rules, and I don't think democracy would work well. 5: Jc being most downloaded author <---you're right, will never happen Maybe in my mind... 4: A perfect port of Halo 2 on the TI-83+ <--- It's happened, space commando. PERFECT PORT... Space commando is in BASIC. and it was based off of halo 1 3: Dog shows <--- ?? Exactly. 2: Females <--- They do visit here. I know that. I've seen some. I should change this to "regular visiting females", cuz I don't hear from them THAT often. 1: No n00bs whatsoever <--- Yes, during the summer they seem to wither and die. lol, funny mental pics. You are right, they do seem to do that. |

Posted: 3 Dec 2004 19:50 GMT Total Posts: 1892 | You know, that's not very nice, I'm sure you think the early computers back from the 80's were ugly too. But they still worked just fine (for their needs, of course). And I'm sure in the future the current line of TI calculators will be considered ugly as well.
And of course, everyone likes the TI-81, but the 85 is even better. |
BullFrog Wraith Posted: 3 Dec 2004 22:37 GMT Total Posts: 623 | Some think the 80/81 is ugly, others think the 84+SE/89Ti are ugly. Simply amazing how people have differing opinions, isn't it?
I wonder if any employees from TI have ever visited...
