Currently I send a reply to *every* uploaded file I get, weather its just telling the individual that their file has been posted, updated, rejected or what not. Its really easy to post a little reply becasue I get the files via email!

My question to those of you who have recieved them...am I annoying you? Would you rather me not send out anything. I in no way expect a reply to these, but I just want to make sure I am not be annoying to ya'll!

Yes, it is definetly nice that you send an e-mail to all potential site applicants. This shows that CG cares for all its contributors and encourages them to join the community and contribute more often. Also, the personal feedback is nice.

Well....with the new system there is no easy way to do this. I may or may not...but with the new system I don;t expect it to take longer than a day for your file to be processed. I have changed my homepage to the page with all the pending files on it :-)

We could add a check box for the submitter to check, and if they check it, when you add/deny the program to the archive, it could automatically send a email to the address they specify...
