Well, it's official...

I have finally finished reprogramming TI Visual Basic. All I need to do now is optimize, write the readme, and submit.

I should be done in about 2 weeks tops. :D

Of course, the last time I said that... ;)

What he is really saying is this: "I finished it, I may release it within the next 14 years."

lol, I really want to see how this turns out. It's only been a project since January 2003. :)

Well, I'm currently having difficulties...

The laptop I bought doesn't have the service packs required to install TI Connect... :(

I'm kinda new to the TI programming scene, so what exactly is TI-Visual Basic? :questioned_a:

I have been around since 1999 and I don't even know what that is. It better not e a fancy term for graphics done in BASIC! That would just be pathetic!!

Actually, M, you hit the nail on the head. Since I don't currently know ASM, I'm doing this prog in BASIC until I can complete it, then I'll convert it to either ASM or, more preferably, Flash.

lol, 'cause i remember using Visual Basic in my computer programming class in high school, so i was like "nah, can't be that"

interesting concept though, D. two questions for ya:
1) which TI calcs are supported; and,
2) will u be making this free for download or no?

if you've created a website for TI-Visual Basic, plz let me know so i don't harass u with questions that have already been answered

There is no website (yet). It is for the 83+/SE (and the 84 equivalents).

And you actually think I'm going to charge people to download a calc program????

Edit
Except for a very few paid programs made by TI, all calc stuff is free.
