This is what I think: College can be a blast, but it's a lot of work. The key is VERY GOOD time management.

I thank Arther Anderson for that (I was an "Intern")

I had to suffer 56K connections a while ago, and I'm so sorry.
I remember it eventually taking like 40 minutes to connect, downloading 3-5kb/sec... man that was torture!

My condolences, Digital

We can afford it, but we are out of range. We also don't have cable (I couldn't care less) so we have no provider either.

No, I'm sorry for you because it sucks. I never insinuated cash problems.
No cable TV? Don't worry, TV sucks anyways.

We don't have cable either, but my dad got the SBC/Yahoo plan because it was fairly cheap. It's too bad your out of range because DSL is trying to get cheaper.

I know! Thats one of the things I can finally do!

I went to see BadSanta this weekend, it wasn't that great, it was sort-of funny, but I was *alone*!

Bah, go figure...just an attempt at the bad side of Santa...speaking of alone, I went with someone to see Timeline, and although we were late, we walked in and the movie started lol...nice, private screening (we were the only two there)...

I can tell by your avatar...

Hehe Merovingian's in it! (I don't know the actor's name, I just recognized his face, leaned over and said "hey, it's Merovingian!!"). Makes sense, he's French. Didn't quite end like the book, but at least the same general thing happened. The last swordfight (Merek vs. "big beefy guy") if I'm remembering it right wasn't quite in the right place and didn't end right (as in the method of death). Good battles throughout, and nice fireworks (hehe...fire arrows and flaming rocks and Greek Fire, oh my!). Overall it was good, especially compared to the book. What other movies/shows are the boss and scientist (can't remember their names, the two guys who work at ITC)? They look familiar, especially the boss/owner guy.
Now I should re-familiarize myself with Return of the King (a.k.a read the book) before it comes out next Wednesday...

We've moved on the ROTK now lol.

Bah, I could probably read it this weekend if I wanted to. When it comes to books I actually like I could read about 200 pages a day, without staying up late. Couple hours in the morning, few hours in the afternoon...depending on the size font, with LOTR size maybe 150 pages. Ok enough with that...

I read LOTR trilogy in like 2.5 days. Usually I read about 75-100 pages per hour, unless it's like for school and I have to really know it.

Wow! 2.5 days? It takes me a week or so. The books get slow, at least the trology. I thought the Hobbit was much better than the 3 combined. Movies, no, the LOTR movie was great, but I thought the Hobbit story was more interesting.
