Anyone who likes the Red Sox and hates the Yankees because they spend a lot of money is a hypocrite. If you know of anyone who wears a Yankees hat or a Red Sox hat and ISN'T from those respected towns, they're bandwagon losers. Honestly, how many redsox hats did you see before they won the world series? Maybe a few a week. How many Yankees hats do you see around now? Not nearly as many as before. Most Yankees fans are fair weather fans. Boston fans are idiots. Case closed.
The White Sox aren't racist. With the same logic, every single team is racist, they all have mascots which normally don't represent the team. For example, the "Red Sox". Are they all indians? The Marlins, are they all big fish with pointy noses? Are the Angels all spiritual beings? The only teamname that makes sense is the A's. Who on their team isn't Athletic? The friend who thinks that the White Sox are racist is a racist himself. People who tend to accuse others of being racist is normally the one who is racist because they are the ones who link actions with certain racists.
Speaking of baseball, it's a great sport to watch. Try not to dwell on the hitting aspect. Try focusing in on the pitching duel. When there isn't much of a duel, then the game will have a lot of hitting, which most people find more interesting. |
