I got a new set of irons for my golf set for $25 at a used golf store the other day and they all had those sticky bar code stickers on them. So when I tryed to pull off the stickers it left that sticky adhesive that seems to plauge those stickers. I was just wondering if you guys had any suggestions on how to remove the adhesive. I have tryed just rubbing it off but that just smeares it and makes your hand sticky.

Thanks

ya I have a suggestion: There's this solution called Un-Do, its used for scrapbooking, it's really, really good for that kind of stuff... use it to get the sticky stuff off! :alien:

Goo-gone works, and also fire, (only use on Nonflammable things) propane torch works best only briefly use it, and only if all else fails.

Thanks alot guys I actually got it off a few hours after I posted this. Windex and a tooth brush. I sprayed it on and let it soak for a few minutes and then scrubbed it off. I was going to try using WD-40 if that didn't work. I am definatly going to get one of those commercial products. Time to hit the links.

Thanks again. The windex was Mixed Berry sented if that matters. :)
