I want to download games so I went to the FAQ page and did that. Well when I got to the part when it is supose to be a file, the game I downloaded onto my computer is not a file. When I click on it, it opens Windows Media Player. So why doesn't it show up as a file? If anyone can help me please! Does anyone know what I did wrong? I tried it with a program to and it showed up as a thing that opened Windows Media Player. Please Help! |

It's not showing up as a file. Do I need something on my computer to make it show up as a file? Then I heard that you need something to open those files. Please help I need some games before school starts! |

- When you open the .zip Windows media player starts or...
When you open the .8xp file WMP starts or...- None of the above

Right click on the file you want to send (.8xp) Go to "Send to" | "TI Device" | "RAM" or "Archive"
You could also go into the folder options/file types and edit the .8xp type so it won't open WMP.

gothangel159 Probe Posted: 21 Aug 2004 09:53 GMT Total Posts: 4 | It's not showing up as a folder though. And when I try to send it or drag it is says "C:/Windows/desktop/hoboQu~1.Zip is incompatible with connected device" I tried the "save as" way and the downloading way. It's not showing up as a file. When I went to the FAQ part to learn to download, the files had a zipper on it. I don't even have a file. Do I need some program to make it show up as a file? And if I do does anyone know where to get it. Thank you for everyone trying to help me. |

If you're using an older of windows, you'll need a unzipper like Winzip, get it free at www.winzip.com
