If you have a recent (post 2000, i believe) windows operating system, you can do that by right clicking on the file and clicking "Extract All". Otherwise you need to download winzip.
You also might want to visit our visual tutorial here. It says it's for the 83+ but the instructions can be applied if you have an 84+.

Download game/program
Using winzip, unzip file (if needed)
Connect calc to silver cable
Open TI-Connect
Open 'Group Explorer'
Locate the file in the C:Unzipped folder (if using Winzip)
Highlight file by selecting it (If there are multiple files, you need to click on the first, press [SHIFT] and click on the last file)
Select 'Actions' from the Tool Bar
Select 'Send to Device'
This should bring up a screen that asks if you want to send to RAM or Archive. Select which one, and it should work.
