ok my calc is very slow when i turn it on it runs very slow.
when i trie to do simple math on it like 2+2 it takes a long time to do.it does this on everything else like graphing or entering programs idk wats wrong with it plz help

oh and some kid cleared all my ram forgot is it becuz im missing
a OS

O.o You're missing the TI-OS? No wonder your calculator isn't working, I'm surprised it turned on at all. Oh, nevermind, you mean you lost MirageOS, that is a misnomer, it's just a shell, not a true Operating system.

Are you batteries fresh? That may have something to do with it, but probably not. I'd try clearing the ram using the memory menu, check your manual for instructions on how to do that. A ram clear will fix 95% of problems on a 83+(and series).

The link must be a .jpg or .gif file. You can find that out by right clicking it and selecting properties

Really? It doesn't allow PNG graphics? I didn't know that.

Edit: I just tested it, and yes, .png files are allowed, as I expect all images files are, including .bmp and .tif, but I haven't tested those last two.
