ThirtyTwo Probe Posted: 14 May 2005 09:13 GMT Total Posts: 3 | im completely new to all this calulator stuff, i just bought a 89 titanium for my pre-calc class and figured it would be cool to put some games on it. i had no idea things went as in depth to gaming as this site has shown me :)
i like the gameboy emulator and i was going to get that but when i tried to install the hw3patch it gives me this error
ERROR: Unsupported AMS Version
how can i fix this???
also, do gameboy-color or gameboy-advanced ROMS work for the gameboy emulator???
thx |

Andy Administrator Posted: 14 May 2005 12:10 GMT Total Posts: 939 | The news article clearly states that only original GameBoy games work in the emulator... And that shall always be the case. There's no point in trying to play color games on the calculator (not to mention the color runs twice as fast) because you can't possibly dither quick enough, let alone be able to distinguish the colors. The Advance uses a MUCH faster processor and a larger screen, and much larger carts. |
