I'm sort of new to the calculator scene - this is my first time actually attempting to download games onto my calculator, because in the past my calculator-genius friend has always done it for me. I have a TI-84 Plus and I just downloaded Super Mario 2.0. TIConnect works fine, the files are on my calculator, but they won't show up in Mirage OS. When I run them as programs, it says they're archived. So I unarchived it, but they still won't work/show up in Mirage OS. Help?
Thanks in advance! |
TI Freak Probe Posted: 30 Aug 2005 14:40 GMT Total Posts: Edit | Mario isn't Mirage compatible (I believe), try running the game from either Crunchy OS or Ion. Ion can be found by selecting shells from the Misc tab up top, Crunchy can be found at: http://tifreakware.calcgames.org/83plashells.htm

TI Freak Probe Posted: 30 Aug 2005 14:53 GMT Total Posts: Edit | Which did you download, Ion or Crunchy?
Crunchy is under the apps button... |
backsplash007 Probe Posted: 30 Aug 2005 15:00 GMT Total Posts: 3 | I downloaded Ion. (I'm pretty sure my calculator hates me.) |
TI Freak Probe Posted: 30 Aug 2005 15:11 GMT Total Posts: Edit | Try Crunchy then... I really am unsure if the 84+ supports Ion... I will have to go and check on that...
On a side note, you might Try DoorsCS, can be found in the shells section on this site as well... |
