I have a TI 84+. Ive been trying to transfer stuff on my calculator like tetris and mario but i keep on getting this message that says: Access Denied 8007005. I already read the faq, and I followed what it said to help fix it, but it still doesnt help. When I connect the sb to my calculator it doesnt take screen shots also, so that means its not connected right? but the calculator is detected though and it makes that beep when I connect it.
Anyone know how to fix it??? :)

Edit
Okay, I had noticed you had already made a topic about a day ago, no need to make another. I've also never seen anything like that... are you sure that the USB driver is correctly installed and so is TI-Connect?

What version of TI-connect do you have? You should have 1.6, if not, download it.

Alt+shift+PrintScrn (PrintScrn is at the top, to the right of the f1-f12 keys).

the triangles dont say anything next to them and when i click on them it says:Ti connect is unable to find a compatable version of Ti study cards(tm)
When i try to get a screen shot it says: cannot get screen shot.
is it not connected right? because when i plug the usb to my pc to connect the calculator it makes a beep so it means it recognizes something right? mmm :questioned_a:

Edit
That is really freaky. You're doing everything right, it seems. I would contact TI about this, although I'm not sure how quickly they'd respond.

Oh yes, I believe the email address is ti-cares@ti.edu.

It appears TI-Connect isn't installed correctly. Uninstall it, and install it again.

Should. I've never seen them there before; that can only mean it's not installed right. :)

those triangles mean that that specific component isnt installed. for instance, the TI-Notefolio editor has to be installed from the CD, then the triangle will go away.
