annabellef78 Probe Posted: 5 Sep 2005 09:55 GMT Total Posts: 11 | I have a TI 84+. Ive been trying to transfer stuff on my calculator like tetris and mario but i keep on getting this message that says: Access Denied 8007005. I already read the faq, and I followed what it said to help fix it, but it still doesnt help. When I connect the sb to my calculator it doesnt take screen shots also, so that means its not connected right? but the calculator is detected though and it makes that beep when I connect it. Anyone know how to fix it??? :) |
JcCorp Probe Posted: 5 Sep 2005 10:53 GMT Total Posts: Edit | Okay, I had noticed you had already made a topic about a day ago, no need to make another. I've also never seen anything like that... are you sure that the USB driver is correctly installed and so is TI-Connect? |

annabellef78 Probe Posted: 5 Sep 2005 16:24 GMT Total Posts: 11 | the triangles dont say anything next to them and when i click on them it says:Ti connect is unable to find a compatable version of Ti study cards(tm) When i try to get a screen shot it says: cannot get screen shot. is it not connected right? because when i plug the usb to my pc to connect the calculator it makes a beep so it means it recognizes something right? mmm :questioned_a: |

JcCorp Probe Posted: 5 Sep 2005 17:25 GMT Total Posts: Edit | That is really freaky. You're doing everything right, it seems. I would contact TI about this, although I'm not sure how quickly they'd respond.
Oh yes, I believe the email address is ti-cares@ti.edu.

Andy Administrator Posted: 5 Sep 2005 18:23 GMT Total Posts: 939 | It appears TI-Connect isn't installed correctly. Uninstall it, and install it again. |
annabellef78 Probe Posted: 5 Sep 2005 21:19 GMT Total Posts: 11 | okay, ill do that again. so ill know i did it right when those yellow triangles w/ ! are gone riioght?
|
Andy Administrator Posted: 6 Sep 2005 04:07 GMT Total Posts: 939 | Should. I've never seen them there before; that can only mean it's not installed right. :) |
alex10819 Wraith Posted: 6 Sep 2005 08:55 GMT Total Posts: 507 | those triangles mean that that specific component isnt installed. for instance, the TI-Notefolio editor has to be installed from the CD, then the triangle will go away. |
annabellef78 Probe Posted: 11 Sep 2005 18:20 GMT Total Posts: 11 | mmm i uninstalled it and installed it again, and access denied still keps showing up. ahhh |
