Help us help you. We need to know computer OS, calculator OS version, TI-Connect version, and what cable you're using.

Make suree you push the cable in securely to both ends. The calculator side can sometimes feel plugged in all the way when it really isn't.

I made some progress today. After I went and deleted everything using the DEL key I was able to put PuzzPack on it. But then it gave me the same message when I tried to put in other apps.

You know, I've seen more than one person say they transferred one thing to the calculator and after that nothing would transfer. And now this:

After I went and deleted everything using the DEL key I was able to put PuzzPack on it. But then it gave me the same message when I tried to put in other apps.

Iiiiiinteresting. Starting to sound like these things aren't user error or the user misconfiguing something.

I've had this same problem with the USB direct cable on my TI-89 Titanium. I talked to TI about it and they just sent me a silverlink cable, which worked fine. So if all else fails, try emailing TI.

Edit
I too have that problem with the direct cable, I solved my problems with the usb cables by buying 4 serial cables. :P No more problems. :D
