Many of you may have wondered why I haven't seemed to have been updating SSP, working on HP, or finishing up Tetris. Well, I wanted to wow people like Spencer and Jim e. So here is my big secret. I've been working on this for quite a while (December) and it is coming along very nicely. Done in 8-level grayscale (any fewer would look bad), this program will only be made for the 84+ and 84+ SE because it needs the speed and the clock. It looks SUPERB when you are moving, but PTI didn't like some of the interrupt things I was doing, so I took a still shot in VTI. It looks ok, but when you are moving, the objects become clearer and look really cool. Items work, clothes, headgear, all of that. The VTI build has fewer items since it doesn't have archive and all the data is stored in an archived program. The VTI version uses some of my favorite stuff stored in the program itself so I can show off some of the items. All that's left to do is program the NPCs to go about their daily lives and occasionally ask you to run an errand for them.

Sorry to post this twice, admins. I know no one will see it in my forum.

Erm, does this have to do with the fact that it is 01/04, or is this going to be a copyright problem?

I'm sure arti did, considering he would have had to read the date closely to say that.

Unfortunately anything above 4 is too unstable on the 8x+ series because the screen is not memory mapped.

I knew it was a joke the moment I saw that pic. It's a grayscale version of a screenshot of the DS Animal Crossing game. I recognized the pirate suit.

Oh, and for those of you who did not get 3fg and Arti's posts, Feb. 30th does not exist.

Jim e's grayscale package is capable of producing 8 level grayscale. Mostly just for pics though.
Yeah, my whole first post was a joke.

Where does one obtain this grayscale package by the great Jim E? (He also did the music thing, right?)

edit: forgot to look at the date. my bad.

I'm not questioning you're programmingj. I just generally don't joke about some amazing thing that I may do someday. Instead I work towards it untill I can show off. and trust me that is alot more fun.
