It is much easier to suggest solutions when you know nothing about the problem.

Hey i downloaded the games to my computer but when i double click on them it says, "this file does not have a program associated with it for performing this action. Create an association in the Folder Options control panel." I don't know what to do and i wanna get these games on my calculator (TI-84 Plus Silver Edition).(help...)

im assuming by clicking on it, you thought it would send it to the calc. thats not the case. if the calc is plugged in, right click on the items you want to send and click 'send to TI device'. thats about it.

now, if you want to run the games from the computer, you will need an emulator. thats a whooooole other topic. did i help you? tell me and i'll help some more.

I would assume you are using TI-Connect. Dragging the game/app on to the TI-Connect icon on the desktop is the easiest way, but you can also right click and go to "Open with..." then go to browse and find TI-Connect (not shortcut, .exe in program files/ticonnect or whatever) then check the box that says always open this type of file with this program and click ok, then after that just double click (if it gives you the error message then do the open with thing again, or drag it on to the icon)
